Objectivity means judging or looking at something fairly, based on facts, without letting your own personal feelings or opinions get in the way. A judge, a scientist, or a news reporter is expected to have objectivity — to see things as they really are, not as they'd like them to be. It's the opposite of subjectivity, which means judging based on personal feelings or point of view.
