A no-mark is a person you do not respect — someone who has not done anything worth noticing and who, in your view, never will. It is British informal, a bit street, and . You use it about people, not products. It is harsher than nobody and smaller than a famous failure: not a big loser in the news, just someone who does not count. Younger British speakers use it more than textbooks do. Though actually, it is not a mild joke; said to someone's face, it is meant to put them down.
