A netpreneur is a person who has started a business on the internet — an entrepreneur whose shop, service, or company lives mainly online. The word is a blend and sounds like business-magazine talk from the late 1990s. You will meet it in headlines more than in ordinary conversation; most people just say online entrepreneur or someone who started an internet company. It is not a word students need every day, but the pieces are easy to see once you look.
