Moroccan is the person or the adjective, not the country. A Moroccan is someone from Morocco; Moroccan food, Moroccan cities, a Moroccan passport are things of that country. Morocco itself sits in northwest Africa on the Mediterranean. People there speak Arabic and Berber, and French is widely used too. Casablanca, , and Tangier are the cities many know; though actually the capital is , not Casablanca. We capitalise Moroccan because it is made from the country name.
