Mbabane is a town in southern Africa. It is the capital of the country that older English books call Swaziland. In 2018 that country asked the world to use a new English name, Eswatini, so you will see both. Mbabane is where a lot of government offices and business sit. Another town, Lobamba, is used for some royal and law-making events, so strictly there is more than one “capital” kind of place — but in everyday English, Mbabane is the capital you will be asked for. It is not a huge city like London or Taipei; it is the country’s main office and shopping town.
