Limitless means there is no limit and no end: nothing that stops you, or no edge you can see. People say a child has limitless energy, or that the sky looks limitless, or that a chance feels limitless. It is a little more grand and emotional than everyday unlimited, which you often see on phone plans and shop signs. You can praise someone’s limitless patience, or warn that no one’s time is really limitless. It is the opposite of limited.
