Very quickly — off you go, no waiting. Informal American English, a little old-fashioned and playful, the kind of thing you hear in a story rather than in an office: “She ran lickety-split down the hill.” British people usually understand it but do not say it much. You would not put it in a school essay or a formal email. It always describes speed of doing, not a careful or slow action.

組成First written down in the 1800s in the United States: lickedy + split. It may nod to the quick flick of a snake’s forked tongue — that “may” is a guess people make, not a sure fact. Older forms like lickety-cut are found too; the t in the middle is likely from Scottish speech.
