Kodak is a US company name, and the name of its cameras, film, printers, and photo paper. For many years, Kodak meant taking pictures: the camera you took on holiday, the film you left at the shop. People still say Kodak when they mean that brand. Long ago, some people even said to kodak meaning to take a photo, because the name was everywhere; you almost never hear that now. A Kodak moment is a sweet scene you would want to take a picture of. The name today often feels like old film and old family pictures.
