The Knesset is Israel's parliament — the body that makes its laws. The name is Hebrew for 'assembly'. Always capitalise it: it is a proper name, like Congress in the United States. It has 120 members and sits in Jerusalem. News English just says 'the Knesset'; you do not need 'the Knesset parliament'. It is formal, official language — you meet it in the news, not in casual chat about a night out.
