A kazoo is a small, simple instrument, often metal or plastic, that you hold to your lips. You do not blow a tune through it the way you blow a whistle. You hum or sing into it, and a little skin inside shakes and turns your voice into a buzzing sound. That is the whole trick. It is as much a toy as an instrument: people bring kazoos to parties and jokes, not to serious concerts, and a child can make a noise with one at once. The word can also be a verb: to kazoo a song. It feels informal and a little silly on purpose, more American than British, and nobody uses it as high or careful language.
組成The name is probably a sound-word, from the buzzing noise itself. A neater origin is not something we can stand behind.
