Itchy describes a feeling on your skin that makes you want to scratch it - a mosquito bite is itchy. There's also a fun figurative use: 'itchy feet' means you feel restless and want to travel or start something new, and being 'itchy to do something' means you feel an eager, hard-to-ignore urge to do it.
