Intriguingly is how you say that something happens in an intriguing way — strangely, unexpectedly, in a way that makes you want to know more. You often put it in front of another describing word: an intriguingly quiet room, an intriguingly simple plan. You can also put it at the start of a sentence when you are about to share a surprising fact: Intriguingly, the two stories do not match. It does not mean 'in an interesting way' in a general sense; the strange or unexplained feeling is still there. It is a little formal. In casual talk people more often say strangely enough, or weirdly, or they just tell the surprising part without this word.
