Inquietude is a feeling of being — worried, restless, not at peace. It is a very old, literary word, a learned borrowing rather than something English built at the kitchen table. Almost nobody says it in ordinary conversation; people say anxiety, , or restlessness instead. You might meet it in older books or in rather formal writing. Though actually, once you see quiet sitting inside it, the meaning is kind: the state of not being quiet inside.
