Incrimination is the act of making someone look guilty of a crime — by words, papers, recordings, or other evidence. It is a courtroom and news word more than a kitchen-table word. People often meet it in self-incrimination: saying something that makes you look guilty. In many places you have a right not to do that. Though actually, this is not the same as a simple accusation. An accusation is pointing a finger. Incrimination is making the guilt look real, often with something the person did or said themselves. Friends almost never use it in casual talk; lawyers and reports do.
