Importunity is the noun: the act or habit of asking again and again in an way. You can speak of the importunity of fans, or of being tired of his importunities (the separate asks). It is a rare, formal word, mostly in older or very careful writing. In everyday English, people just name the behaviour: constant asking, , pressure. It belongs with importune (the verb) and importunate (the describing word). Same warning as those two: it is not about importing goods, and it is not import plus unity. The older path is Latin importūnitās, the state of being importū — , relentless, not fitting.
