Upset, anxious, and a bit angry about something, often something small. British, informal, and sounding a little old-fashioned now — you'll hear it from older speakers more than young ones. 'Het' is an old form of 'heated', so the picture is a person getting hot. Used after 'get' or 'be': 'don't get het up about it'.
