Heatstroke is an illness you get when your body becomes much too hot, usually because you stayed out in strong sun or in very hot weather for too long. You may feel weak, , sick, and burning hot, and you can run a high fever. It is not just feeling too hot after a walk. Heatstroke is dangerous; the person often needs a doctor quickly. People also write heat stroke as two words. A milder cousin is heat exhaustion, when you are weak and drained from heat but not yet this ill. is almost the same idea, with the sun named as the cause. Get to shade, cool the body, drink water if the person can — and call for help if it looks serious.
