Headspace is how your mind and feelings are — whether you have enough room inside for something. If you have the headspace for a job, you are calm and ready enough to do it well. If you do not, your thoughts are already full (work, worry, sadness), so you cannot take on more. Friends and workplaces say it a lot. It is not a stiff, essay word. Though actually, it is often a kind way to say no: "I don't have the headspace" means "I cannot do this right now" without sounding cold. It is about mood and room in the mind, not about how clever you are.
心理空間、心力(腦子裡還有沒有餘裕;別當成「態度」的「心態」)
組成From head + space. Head stands for the mind; space is room.
