    A handcart is a small cart for carrying goods. You push it or pull it yourself — there is no horse and no motor. Some have two wheels and long handles; some have four small wheels. , market sellers, and people moving boxes use them. British speakers might also say trolley for some of the same jobs, and American speakers might say cart or wagon; handcart makes it clear that a person's hands do the work. You can use it as a verb too: to handcart something is to move it on a cart like this.
