If you do something with gusto, you do it with real and energy — you throw yourself in, and you look as if you are enjoying the doing, not only the result. English almost always uses that little frame, with gusto: eating, singing, arguing, working. It came from Italian gusto, “taste”: the idea is that you have a taste for the thing, so you go at it with pleasure. In English it is no longer a food-taste word, though a person eating with gusto is a very common picture. It feels warm and cheerful, a bit old-fashioned in a kind way, not stiff or formal.

組成Borrowed from Italian gusto, from Latin gustus (“taste”). It is a doublet of a rare old English cost from the same root — not the everyday word cost meaning price.
