Gloved means wearing a glove, or wearing gloves. It is an adjective, and it usually sits before a noun: gloved hands, a gloved finger, a gloved waiter. You will see it in writing more than you will hear it. In everyday talk people are more likely to say wearing gloves. Doctors, cooks, and police often appear as gloved in news and stories, because the gloves are part of the picture — clean, careful, or a little distant. You can add a word in front: white-gloved, heavily gloved. The opposite, when someone has taken the gloves off, is ungloved.
