Full-size means the ordinary largest size of that thing — not a toy, not a mini version, not a compact one. A full-size car is not a tiny city car; a full-size guitar is not a travel one; a full-size replica is as big as the real object. It is everyday and a little technical, the kind of word shops and reviews use. Though actually, it does not always mean “the biggest thing that exists.” In American shops, a full-size bed is a named mattress size, smaller than queen. So full-size often means “the standard proper size,” not “the maximum possible.” You will also see full-sized with a -d; same idea.
全尺寸的、標準大小的，指那個東西一般的標準大小，不是玩具、迷你版，也不是小型款。全尺寸汽車不是小型城市車，全尺寸吉他不是旅行吉他，全尺寸仿製品跟真品一樣大。這是日常用語，有點技術味，商店和評論常用。它不一定指世上最大的，美式店裡「a full-size bed」是一種床墊的名稱尺寸，比皇后尺寸的床還小，所以通常是標準正規大小的意思。也會寫成「full-sized」，意思一樣。
