Fulfillment is the deep, satisfied feeling you get when you have achieved something meaningful, or when your needs, hopes, or dreams have been met — 'she found real fulfillment in teaching'. It is a bigger, deeper word than just 'happiness' — it is about feeling that your life or your work has purpose and value. Fulfillment is also used in business for the process of preparing and sending out an order to a customer — 'order fulfillment' — which is a completely separate, practical meaning with none of the emotional feeling.
