A very rude way to tell someone to go away. This is one of the strongest rude phrases in English — much stronger than 'go away'. Friends who know each other very well sometimes say it as a joke, but you need to be very sure of the friendship. No object: you just say 'Fuck off!' to the person. You will hear it a lot in movies and games, which is exactly why I am telling you what it is — so you understand it, not so you use it.
