To frape someone is to get into their Facebook page and change what is written there — a post, a photo, a status — as if you were them. It is usually a joke when a friend leaves Facebook open on a shared computer. It is informal internet slang, more common when Facebook was new on home computers than in careful English now. The word is a blend, and one half is a very serious, violent word, so a lot of people find it ugly and will not say it. It is friend-group talk about a mean or silly trick, not a technical word for a stranger breaking into an account. You will not meet it in school English.

組成Blend of Facebook + rape. Facebook gives the beginning; the rest is that violent word, used here as dark slang for hijacking someone’s page. Dictionaries also note a comparison with frap, which is a different word.
