Fragrantly is the adverb from : in a way, or with a pleasant smell. The roses hung fragrantly over the wall — they gave off a nice smell as they grew there. It is not a common word. Most people would say the roses smelled lovely, or the garden was , rather than push -ly onto it. You will meet it in careful writing more than in speech. It does not mean 'very obviously' or 'shockingly'. That is a different word that only looks similar.
