Foxy has a couple of everyday uses. Older or more old-fashioned slang uses it to mean attractive or sexy, mostly about women ("a foxy lady"). It can also mean clever and a little sneaky, the way a fox is often pictured in stories - someone "foxy" gets what they want through cleverness, not always fair play.
