Foreseeable means able to be known or guessed about before it happens - something you can reasonably expect. The most common phrase is 'the foreseeable future', meaning as far ahead in time as we can reasonably guess or plan for - 'we will keep working from home for the foreseeable future'. It's also used in law, to talk about outcomes that a reasonable person should have expected.
