Feasibility is a noun. It means whether a plan can really be done, and whether it is likely to work. People use it at work, in government, and at university. A feasibility study is a check before a big project: Do we have the money? The time? The people? Will it actually work? It is a formal word. You talk about the feasibility of a plan. You do not call the plan itself "a feasibility plan" — that would be a feasible plan.
