Faultlessly means in a way that shows no mistakes — you do the thing without a slip. It is the adverb of faultless, so it has the same slightly formal, praising feel. You put it with verbs of doing: play, speak, copy, perform, land, execute. A can play a piece faultlessly; a clerk can copy a list faultlessly. Though actually, like faultless, it is about errors in the work, not about whose blame it was. It also gets stretched: “faultlessly polite” may mean the manners never cracked, not that the person felt perfectly kind inside.
