Falsies are soft pads a woman puts inside a bra — or sews into a dress — so her breasts look larger or rounder than they really are. The word is informal and a little cheeky; you would not put it on a hospital form. Theatre and drag use it too, because the point there is a costume, not the body. It is almost always plural: people say they are wearing falsies. Though actually, some speakers also call false eyelashes falsies. That use is real, but the older and clearer meaning is the breast pads. Either way the joke in the word is the same: these bits are false. They only look like the real thing.
