Exorbitantly means “at a level that is much too high,” and it almost always talks about money. The usual shapes are “exorbitantly expensive” and “exorbitantly priced.” It is the adverb from exorbitant, so the complaint is the same; it just sits in a different place in the sentence. It sounds formal. In speech, people often say “far too” or “ridiculously” instead.
