1. 1

Drunken means caused by, or connected with, being drunk — you use it to describe things, not people directly. A "drunken argument" is an argument that happened while people were drunk. A "drunken driver" is someone driving while drunk. English usually uses plain "drunk" to describe a person right now ("he is drunk"), but "drunken" comes before a noun to describe the noun itself, and it can carry a slightly literary or old-fashioned, storytelling feel, as in "a drunken sailor."
