If something is discoverable, people can find it easily on the internet. You do not already need the exact address. A search box, a map app, or a video site can bring it up. Shops, pages, names, and files are called discoverable when search tools can see them and show them to strangers. Though actually, the older meaning was wider: anything that could be found out, like a secret. People still use that in careful writing. Today, though, if a teacher or a business person says a brand is not discoverable, they almost always mean Google and the rest will not surface it, so it might as well be invisible. Tech people also stretch it a little to Bluetooth devices a nearby phone can “see,” or to files an in-app search can turn up. It is a calm, slightly technical word, not a playground one.
