Decadently tells you how something is done: in a way that looks self-indulgent, morally slack, or — more often now — luxuriously over-the-top. She smiled decadently; the chocolate was decadently rich. Same split as decadent: a teacher or a newspaper may mean 'as if morals have slipped'; a dessert review almost certainly means 'in a too-much, delicious way'.
