Dashingly is how you do something in a dashing way: with style, confidence, and clothes or manners that make a man look sharp. You most often hear it before a past form — dashingly dressed, dashingly handsome — or with a verb of appearing, smiling, arriving. It carries the same slightly old-fashioned, film-like tone as dashing. It is an adverb, so it tells you how, not what kind of person someone is (that would be dashing).
