組成A clipped, informal form of congratulations. That noun comes from the verb congratulate: Latin con- (“with”) + gratulari (“to wish joy”), from gratus (“pleasing, thankful”). The -s is the ordinary plural on congratulation; English speakers almost always use the plural form.
