    Choccy is a cuddly, childish word for chocolate, and often for one chocolate sweet. A parent might say 'Want a choccy?' to a small child, or 'choccy biccies' for chocolate . Grown-ups use it when they are being playful, not when they are being careful. It is very British and very informal. Though actually, it does not name a different food from chocolate — it is the same thing, said in a softer voice.
