Meaning "centered on" or "focused mainly on" one particular thing, often attached to the end of another word - "user-centric" (built around the user's needs), "self-centric" (focused mainly on yourself). On its own, "centric" is less common, but it's understood as "putting one thing at the middle of everything else."
