Cautiousness is the noun: the quality of being careful so you stay out of danger or trouble. You can talk about someone’s cautiousness, or the cautiousness of a plan. Though actually, English speakers do not reach for this word very often. They usually say caution instead: “He showed great caution,” not “great cautiousness.” Cautiousness is correct; it just sounds a bit heavier, more like a textbook.
