Busty describes a woman whose breasts are large. It is informal. You will see it in magazines, in clothing ads (“busty fit”), and in casual talk. Though actually, many people now find it a bit rude or old-fashioned, because it talks about a woman’s body as if that were the main thing about her. A kinder or more careful way is “large-chested,” or to talk about fit and size without making it a label. Men are not described as busty. It is not a polite classroom word to call someone to her face.
