    If you do something bullheadedly, you keep pushing for what you want and you do not stop to think, listen, or change your mind. It is not a compliment. It is stubborn in a way — not brave, just unwilling to see the problem. Teachers and bosses use it when someone will not take advice. It is a rather adverb; in everyday talk people more often say , or ‘he just would not listen’. It does not mean you use your head well. It means you charge forward like a bull and miss what is in the way.
