Bridal means to do with a wedding, or with the woman who is getting married. We almost always put it in front of another noun: a bridal gown (the dress she wears that day), a bridal shop, the bridal party (the bride and the people with her). It feels a little more “shop window” and magazine-like than just saying wedding. You see it on invitations, in ads, and in shop names. Though actually, older English used bridal as a noun for the wedding feast itself — a party with drink — but today almost only meet the describing use. It has nothing to do with a bridle, the straps on a horse’s head, even though the two words sound the same.

From Middle English bridale, from Old English brȳdealo 'wedding ale; wedding feast'; later associated with bride + -al.
源自古英文 brȳdealo「婚宴」，後來也被當成 bride 加 -al。
組成From Old English brȳdealo: brȳd (bride) + ealo (ale, the drink), meaning a wedding feast. Later people heard it as bride + -al (the adjective ending, as in parental), and that is how we mostly use it now.
