Booty most often means valuable things taken by force — treasure stolen by pirates or soldiers, or prizes won in a game or raid. That's the meaning in older stories and in some video games and pirate movies. In casual, especially American, slang, 'booty' also means a person's bottom/ — you'll hear that in songs and everyday joking speech, so the tone changes a lot depending on which meaning is meant.
