A binge is a short period where you do a lot of something all at once, more than is normal or healthy - especially eating, drinking, or watching TV. 'A binge-eating session' means eating a huge amount of food in one sitting; 'binge-watching' a show means watching many episodes back-to-back in one go, which has become extremely common now that streaming services let you play the next episode automatically. The word usually carries a slight feeling that you went too far, even if it's harmless fun, like a weekend Netflix binge.
