    A bargainer is a person who bargains: they talk over the price or the terms of a sale or an agreement, hoping to pay less, get more, or change the conditions. In a market they ; at work they may be the one sent to talk through a deal. The word is a little more formal than 'someone who haggles'. In labour news you may meet it for people who negotiate pay, though is common too. Though actually, the line people copy from dictionaries often describes the verb bargain. Bargainer itself is the person who does that talking, not the talking and not the cheap thing you bought. The cheap thing is a bargain.
