Backside has two common uses. Most often in casual speech, it's a polite-ish, slightly playful word for a person's bottom () — 'he fell on his backside.' It can also simply mean the back part of any object or building — 'the backside of the mountain' is the side facing away from you, or away from the usual view.
(口語)屁股;背面、後方
組成back + side — the side that is at the back.
