When somebody sneezes, English often the noise as a little word. In British books, comics, and children's rhymes, that word is atishoo — as if the sneeze itself were speaking. Though actually, this is not a verb you can change: you do not say I atishooed. You say I sneezed, and atishoo is only the sound on the page. Americans usually write achoo instead; same noise, different letters. The British spelling also winks at a tissue, the paper you grab after a sneeze. You will hear it in the old playground song: Atishoo, atishoo, we all fall down.
哈啾(打噴嚏的擬聲詞)。英國寫法 atishoo,美國較常寫 achoo。
