Aquiline almost always describes a nose: high, and curved down a little at the end, like an eagle’s beak. People also say a hooked nose, which is the plain version of the same idea. The word is literary and a bit old-fashioned; you meet it in novels and formal descriptions, not in the playground. Though actually, it is not an insult by itself — older writing often treats an aquiline nose as strong or distinguished — but any talk about the shape of a nose can feel personal, so it is a word to use with care, and never as a joke about someone’s face. In theory it can mean “like an eagle” more widely, but in real English you will almost only see it next to nose. It has nothing to do with water, even though it looks as if it starts with aqua-.
