The time zone that encompasses the West Coast of the United States and Baja California in Mexico from the second Sunday of March to the first Sunday of November, and the province of British Columbia and the territory of Yukon in Canada year-round; it is seven hours behind Coordinated Universal Time (UTC-7), and one hour ahead of Pacific Standard Time.
